Our shipping partners use a fully tracked and insured courier service. Once your sign has been turned over to one of our shipping partners, you will receive an email with a shipping tracking number so you can follow the progress of your sign's delivery.

Typically, production takes 1-2 weeks, and free shipment takes 3-7 working days. Should you require your order to be delivered in ten or twelve days, please get in touch with our support staff to set up expedited processing.

Neon Studio provides a 30-day return policy in the event that a product malfunctions. We also provide a 14-day return and refund policy.

Please send us an email at info@signstudio.se with the products you would like to return, along with a brief video of your sign and some pictures. Please be aware that for quality control and diagnostic purposes, we need both a video and a photo(s). Our ability to resolve your problem will be hampered if you are unable to submit a video and/or photo(s) of the issue. We'll get in touch to try to address the matter as soon as we have all the necessary data.

• In the event that a return has been arranged, kindly be aware that the defective item needs to be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
• After a return has been arranged, the defective item needs to be sent back for examination by our staff within 14 days of the product's delivery.
• If a replacement has been agreed upon, Neon Studio will make every effort to manufacture and deliver the new item to you as quickly as feasible.
• When you can anticipate receiving the refund, Neon Studio will notify you if a full or partial refund has been agreed upon.

We do offer a 24-month warranty on all our products from the day of purchase. If there is any issue with the product, the customer is asked to send us an email with details of the damages, along with a picture or video, to info@signstudio.se. From there, we will assess the severity of the issue and whether it can be fixed with a spare part or if it needs to be fully replaced. Please note that the warranty is not extended to incidents where the product is damaged through any external circumstances that cause damage or breakage.

Then, if necessary, our support staff can open a case with our courier to look into the matter and arrange for a free replacement sign to be sent to you.

Installing our neon signs only takes five minutes and is quite easy. To get your new sign up and start brightening your life right away, follow these steps:

1. Unbox your new sign carefully. The signs are shipped in excellent protective packaging, so in order to guarantee that they reach you undamaged, you might require a knife to help cut the packaging off. Take care not to cut too deeply so as not to harm the internal cables of the sign.
2. Put the power cords in the power socket after attaching them. Three cables are included with the signs: one for the remote control, one for the sign itself, and one 12V transformer that plugs into the main power source. Connect the remote control cable to the main power supply cable and then to the sign's cable. The remote control may then be used to dim, modify the effect, and switch on and off your sign by inserting CR2023 batteries. You can also use the remote control to alter the color of the sign if you buy the Color Changer.
   
3. However you like to hang your sign, use it. Neon signs are hung on the wall in a manner akin to that of picture hangings. The way you hang the signs is up to you. Although wall hanging strips are simpler to use and do not damage your walls, you are welcome to use nails or hooks. Observe the directions on the product and the method you used to hang the neon sign.
